One Two Three!
Matthew went to therapy as usual on Friday, and he now says ONE, TWO, THREE!!!
That's quite an accomplishment for him since he lacks so much in vocabulary. We've been working on it over the weekend. Sometimes after I say One, he'll just say the two and three, and he's so excited when he says three.
I've also got him to say More, Please, Mommy when he wants more milk or juice... More and Please he says and also does sign language, but it's so great to hear him say Mommy.
He's never said mama when from little on, and it almost makes me cry that he's finally starting to catch on.
I have another appointment scheduled for him in April. He just seen a peditrician a couple weeks ago... he's definitely not a full-blown case of Autism, although he could be borderline or he could be something totally else. We're still in the process of finding that out.
Matthew has always been very restistant to being held or anything, you have to force him to do it. He's not very loving or a cuddler or anything... he's very stubborn and whatnot. It's really hard to explain how he actually is to people. It's weird.
But I'll keep posting more when I know more.
